How to cook spinach without the metal taste? - are flavor metal cores good

I cooked for my fresh spinach in olive oil and / or butter.
I always liked this metal on your teeth after eating spinach.
What is the cause?
They are the tannins?
How can this taste?

We assume you have the spinach in an aluminum or unlined copper kettle to boil. Cookware made of aluminum or unlined copper reacts with sulfur compounds in the vegetables to create unpleasant odors and tastes and to destroy vitamin C, folic acid and vitamin E are vegetable is cooked in stainless steel, glass or enamel pans.

I layer on the teeth of a great pleasure, but I think it's just something in spinach. I usually only spice up steam mine with a little salt and pepper.

U must have a metal pot or pan. Use an iron. If you do not do. If you need a shallow metal pan and rub the inside with salt before cooking anything. This does not remove the metallic taste when you cook something, bring it to a minimum!
Note, metal pots are not healthy, they say
as a cause of Alzheimer's disease, and even amnesia.
