You can expect it to be an internal examination to see if there is a palpable cyst or tubal pregnancy. If the test shows only one of these things, they have an ultrasound to see what happens. If a cyst, depending on how big it is, or is under treatment (with pads) and discuss the disposal, whether it is a risk that the ovaries can twist and cause major problems, or you can just travel a few months in order to see if it breaks alone. (Rupture of cysts in the ovaries of each month, which, like the egg is released), but big is not a new problem.
If it is ectopic, you will be in the operating room before the day off.
The spiral may or may not need to be removed, as they are. Good luck.
